At Global Event Technologies, we guarantee that your day-to-day work as a Project Manager will never be boring. In your role, together with the Tech Lead, you will be the face to the biggest event organizers in Europe. If you enjoy a varied on-site work environment, like managing all stakeholder and are a good problem solver, you will feel right at home with us. Your main mission will be to understand client needs and find creative solutions, coupled with excellent execution.
Here's what your role looks like at a typical event:
Support the Client Success Department with Operations related questions
Manage the project team and be responsible for the successful completion of the project
Prepare and set-up the project in our backend system, prepare the hardware on-site and keep the system running during the event
Align with the promoter and help to find solutions to ad-hoc problems
Train the promoter and the 3rd party supplier to use our system
Support the trouble-shooting team when difficult issues arise
Provide live numbers and create reports during and after the event
2nd & 3rd level B2C support after the event
Dein Profil
Several years of experience in the event industry
Great technical understanding and able to demonstrate common sense
Ideally able to write basic code in Java Script
Desire to be on-site at events and to travel throughout Europe
Good communication skills in German and English
Ability to work in a team and sense of humor
